Frontal bossing, depressed midface with a saddle nose, and everted lips were also noticed. The patient got a tattoo on the eyebrows for covering absent eyebrows. Periorbital hyperpigmentation over the wrinkled skin was also observed. (B) Hypotrichosis affecting axillary hair.
